Each Rising Star receives specialised training through The Nanny Movement, covering essential childcare fundamentals, First Aid and CPR. They also undergo background checks and assessments as part of the programme.
Their preparation includes:

- First Aid and CPR training: Learning essential safety skills, including CPR and responding to choking incidents.
- Background checks: Completing screening as part of the programme’s selection process.
